The department was announced Veterinary Officer total of 400 Group A positions available in the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries departments across Karnataka state. Karnataka Veterinary Officer Eligibility
- Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science / B.V.Sc & AH degree from a recognized institute or university.
- Applicants must have registered in KVC / IVC, and it is mandatory to upload a Convocation / PDC certificate before the application’s last date.
- Candidates must have a KPSC Kannada Language test certificate, if they do not have a Kannada certificate, The KPSC language test will be conducted before the main exam, and candidates must score 50 marks out of 150 marks for the language certificate.
Age Limit
- The applicants must have completed a minimum of 18 years of age on the last date of application, and the maximum age for the general category is 35 years.
- The maximum age limit for OBC 2A, 2B and 3A, 3B categories is 38 years, and the ST/SC candidate’s age limit is 40 years.

Examination Fees
KPSC Veterinary Officer recruitment application fees for general category candidates must pay Rs 600, OBC categories pay Rs 300, and ex-servicemen applicants need to Rs 50, through online payments like UPI, Credit/Debit card, and Net banking. For ST/SC candidates no fees (fees are exempted).

Step 5: Enter a mobile number, and an email ID, then set a new password.
Step 6: Now the application number will be received on mobile through SMS.
Step 7: Enter the application number and password to log in.
Step 8: Fill out the application with basic details and education information.
Step 9: Upload the scanned photo, signature, and important documents.
Step 10: Preview the application details and submit the application.
Step 11: Then pay the examination fees using an online payment method.

- The exam includes 2 papers, a General paper and a specific paper.
- Each exam paper includes 300-mark question papers.
- For a wrong attempt, 1/4 of marks are negative marks.
